J'ai rencontré Elisabeth Skelly à sa galerie champêtre de Saint-Eugène l'année dernière avec mon amie Manon Boisclair. Nous venions y voir une très belle exposition aux couleurs chamaniques. Comme elle est une personne chaleureuse et accueillante, nous avons tout de suite sympathisé. Il semble que nous ayons bien des goûts artistiques en commun puisque mes artistes modèles occidentaux sont aussi les siens. Elisabeth travaille maintenant avec Philippa Lesniak qui est fraîchement arrivée de Grande-Bretagne. Toutes deux sensibles, ouvertes, cultivées et intelligentes : elles forment une équipe merveilleuse. J'espère que nous entamons une longue et fructueuse collaboration. Je vous invite à venir nous rencontrer lors du vernissage le 4 octobre en après-midi.
I met Elisabeth at her St-Eugene country gallery last year when visiting a beautiful chamanic exhibition with Manon Boisclair, a friend of mine. Elisabeth warmt and openness called my immediate sympathy. As our artistics european models are the same, another step to friendship was cross. Elisabeth is now working with Philippa Lesniak who has arrived recently from England. Both ladies are intuitive, cultured, openned and inteligent : they formed a marvellous team. I hope that this exhibition will be the beginning of a long and fruitful collaboration. Come to see us at the vernissage the 4th of october in the afternoon.
