Voici quelques photos prise par Nick Schnell de notre très bel après-midi de dimanche. Philippa et Elisabeth avaient fait un travail formidable d’accrochage et préparé un magnifique buffet de canapés que plus d’un ont apprécié.
J’ai fait la rencontre de nombreuses personnes vivant de l’autre côté de l’abstaite frontière ontarienne qui sont artistes ou très sensibles aux arts et j’ai grandement sympatisé avec elles. Une communauté de gens allumés réside là et cela me fait chaud au cœur d’avoir été si bien reçu par celle-ci.
Plus d’un ont mentionné que la galerie était magnifique et chaleureuse.
Here are photos from Nick Schnell of Sunday’s marvellous afternoon at the gallery. Philippa and Elisabeth had done a superb hanging of my works and had proposed to the visitors an array of canapés artisticly presented.
During the afternoon, I had met numerous artists and art amateurs living just on the other side of the frontier with whom I sympatized. A lively community of spirited poeples had welcomed me and I should say that it warmth my heart.
Many newcomers were impressed by the gallery’s beauty and the charming environment it which it is setting.
